USING GINGER

GINGER is a very easy natural healing herb to add to your lifestyle.

Recipe #(1) One
Add some grated GINGER to your fruit pies, pancakes, cakes, muffins, salads and juices.

Recipe #(2) Two
Cut a piece of GINGER the size of a really huge olive and grate it into a tea cup, add hot water and honey. Cover it for about 10 minutes and then have a seat and drink it. Great in the morning and you can add it to some chamomile tea in the evening.

Recipe two is particularly effective in easing cold and flu symptoms.

Recipe #(3) Three (external use)
Simply cut a few slices of fresh organic - place in a stainless steel pot with a lid. Pour boiling water over the slices and cover immediately. This is very important because you do not want the essential oils evaporating with the steam. Wait about 21 minutes and then pour into the warm bath water.
